Effective Exercises to Do

#1 Walking
You can walk anywhere, anytime on a treadmill or by hitting the streets. If you have not done any exercise before, begin with a short distance walk that can span five to ten minutes. Build up the distance and time as you get used to your routine. You can quicken your pace or add hills over time.
