The COVID-19 pandemic has brought many changes all over the globe. People, companies, even small businesses were affected and had to adapt to the recent changes brought by the pandemic. Commercial businesses like a restaurant, a coffee shop, a sports injury clinic, or a hospital in Singapore and other countries needed to adjust to the guidelines provided by the World Health Organisation. Some countries practised social distancing, used face shields and masks, etc. Now, different companies have set new rules. Some companies have chosen to adapt to these COVID-19 new procedures:

1. Enquire

– Contact the clinic first regarding your specific health concerns and ask for a medical check up from available doctors around Singapore. Make sure to get the schedule of the recommended doctor.

2. Book an appointment

 – Once you have the schedule and other information with you, you may proceed with booking an appointment.

3. Visit your doctor

 – You may visit your doctor for the medical check up you’ve booked in that specific Singapore hospital or clinic, as scheduled. Make sure to bring the following:

- Your identification documents for registration such as Passport, employment pass, work permit, or NRIC

- For corporate clients, you may bring your staff pass

- Your prescribed medications, recent scan results, and medical report

Some clinics may require a negative swab result. But a Singapore sports or health medicine centre doesn’t need it anymore.

4. Proceed with the health screening tests

 – Your doctor would prescribe you new medications or recommend you to take tests. If it is the latter, you may ask the healthcare workers (i.e. nurses, medical technologies, receptionists) for health screening package offers to save on costs. Aside from the costs, it will help you save time because most likely, a health screening package just takes a day for it to be completed.

Health is wealth. While you’re still young, make sure to have your medical check up in any Singapore hospital as early as now. That way, you’ll be able to live a healthier and longer life. For health screening concerns and package deals, you may want to visit Thomson Wellth Clinic.
